Terms of service.

Before using our services, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Spanish with Michi may vary these Conditions from time to time and any changes to the Conditions shall not affect any Tutoring Services that the Client has already paid for before such changes are made.

Fees

Payments must be made in full at the time of registration, prior to the commencement of each period. Students who have not paid in advance will not be allowed to attend the class. Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Parents are responsible for ensuring payments for each term period are made in advance and before the given deadline. For outstanding payments, Spanish With Michi may refer the matter to a legal representative or recovery agency. In any given case the parent will be liable to cover all associated fees and cost.

Children’s activity books and audio materials are an integral part of the course and will be sold at the time of enrolment. Books and audio materials are sold as a non-refundable item.

Class Cancelation

In the event of unexpected circumstances, Spanish With Michi reserve the right to cancel and reschedule lessons at short notice. Parents/students/managers will be contacted and informed as soon as possible. If you no longer require our services and wish to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that this can be taken by other students. Cancellations of individual sessions or blocks made by the client or student are non-refundable and the student may lose the opportunity to take part in our services in the future.

Refunds

If your child is unable to attend a class due to sickness or holiday, we regret that we are unable to refund you as your payment secures your place for the full term. Subject to the tutor’s discretion. If a customer chooses to not take part in a class which is taking place within standard operational conditions, they are not eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the tutor’s discretion.

Class Length

Our sessions run over the course of school terms, of 30min per week. For adults will be as many hours per week agreed.

Free Introductory Taster Class / Promotional Offers

One free class is permitted per customer, subject to availability. Promotional discounts only apply to the first term and not in conjunction with any other special offers.

Complaints Procedure

We hope you are entirely happy and satisfied with our service. In the event that you are unhappy, please contact your tutor after class; in person, by telephone or email. We will always try to resolve the matter satisfactorily and quickly.

In the event your complaint can not be resolved by your tutor, it should be referred in writing (by post, or email) to La Jolie Ronde Ltd, 43 Long Acre, Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 8AG. info@lajolieronde.co.uk

The company will appoint a complaint investigator to fully investigate the complaint and the findings will be presented to the company’s General Manager, whose decision regarding the complaint outcome will be final.
